Doughnut or doughnut is a kind of fried dough candy or dessert food. Doughnuts are popular in many countries and are made into all kinds of sweets. They can be made by ourselves or bought in bakeries, supermarkets, snack stands and franchises.
Doughnuts are usually deep fried from flour dough, usually circular or nonporous, and are usually filled. Other types of batters can also be used, and a variety of toppings and seasonings, such as sugar, chocolate or maple polish, can be used for different types. In addition to flour, doughnuts can also include water, turpentine, eggs, milk, sugar, oil, shortening, natural or artificial flavors.
The two most common types are doughnut rings and filled doughnuts - filled with preserves, cream, custard or other fillings. A small ball of dough can be boiled into doughnut holes. After the donuts are fried, they can be frosted, then frosted or chocolate, or sprinkled with sugar powder or fruit. Other shapes include torus, sphere and flat sphere, as well as ear, twist and other forms. Doughnut varieties are also divided into cake type and yeast fermentation type. When you buy a doughnut in a doughnut shop or fast food restaurant, it is usually accompanied by coffee.
