Sofa or bench refers to the furniture that can be placed by three or more people in the form of bench, with or without armrest, partially or completely equipped with cushions, usually equipped with springs and customized cushions. Although the sofa is mainly used for seats, it can also be used for sleep.

In the family, sofa is usually found in the family activity room, living room, study or lounge. They are also sometimes found in non residential environments, such as hotels, lobby of business offices, waiting rooms and bars.
