Ladybird family is an extensive family of small beetles, ranging from 0.8 to 18 mm (0.0315 to 0.708 in).

They are usually yellow, orange or red, with small black spots on their wing covers, black legs, heads and tentacles. However, this color pattern is quite different. For example, a few species, such as the twelve spotted vibidia duodecimgutata, have white spots on a brown background. More than 6000 species of Chlorella have been found worldwide.

Ladybug is called Ladybug in North America and ladybug in other areas. Entomologists widely like Ladybug or Ladybug names because they are not classified as real insects.

Most coccidial species are generally considered useful because many species prey on herbivorous monoptera insects, such as aphids or Lepidoptera, which are agricultural pests. In order to ensure that the larvae have a direct source of food, many coccidia lay eggs directly in aphids and colonize them. However, some species do have undesirable effects; the most prominent of them is the EPILACHNINAE subfamily (including the Mexican beetle), which is herbivorous in itself. In general, diarrhea is only a small amount of agricultural pests, which feed on the leaves of grains, potatoes, beans and other various crops, but when their natural enemies (such as parasitoids attacking eggs) are small, their number will increase dramatically. In this case, they can seriously damage crops. They occur in almost all major crop producing areas in temperate and tropical countries.
