Princess Elsa of arendelle has magical power to control and create ice and snow, often using them to play with her sister Anna. After Elsa accidentally harmed Anna with magic, their parents, the king and queen, took two brothers and sisters to the troll colony led by grand pabbie. He healed Anna, but changed her memory and made her forget Elsa's magic. The great white rabbit warns Elsa that she must learn to control her own strength, and fear will be her greatest enemy. The king and queen separated the two sisters in the castle and closed the gate of the castle. In order to protect her sister from the increasingly unpredictable influence, Elsa stopped all contact with Anna and caused cracks between them. When the sisters were teenagers, their parents died at sea in the storm.

After her 21st birthday, Elsa will be queen of arendelle. But she was afraid that citizens of the Kingdom might discover her abilities and fear for her. For the first time in many years, the gate of the castle is open to the public and visiting guests. Among them were the ambitious Duke of weatherton and the dazzling Prince of Hans on the southern islands, who fell in love with Anna at first sight. Nothing happened to Elsa's coronation, but she was still at a distance from Anna. Hans proposed to Anna, but Elsa was against it. Anna protested, feeling hurt and confused, and pleaded with Elsa to explain her fear and isolation. Emotional stress caused Elsa to accidentally release her power in court. Under the brand of Duke, Elsa fled to the north mountain, where she finally admitted her power and built a palace of hermit life on the ice. In the process, however, her magic accidentally engulfed arendelle in an eternal winter.

Anna ventured to find Elsa and ended the winter with Hans in charge. She lost her way and collected items in the shops of wandering oaken. She met an ice machine called Kristoff and his reindeer Sven and persuaded them to take her to the mountain. The wolf's attack led to the destruction of Christopher's sleigh. When they walked, they met Olaf, a cheerful Snowman who was unconsciously survived by ELSA, who took the initiative to lead them to her. When Anna's horse returned to arendelle without her, Hans set out to find Anna and Elsa, and joined the Duke's slaves, who had a secret order to kill Elsa.

Anna arrived at the ice palace and met Elsa. When Anna revealed everything about arendelle, Elsa, who was horrified, confessed that she didn't know how to eliminate magic. Her fear made her power appear again. She accidentally frozen Anna's heart and poisoned her. Then Elsa created a giant snow monster called marshmallow, which drove Anna, Kristoff and Olaf away. Aware of the impact of Elsa's spell on Anna, Kristoff took her to his adopted daughter, the troll. According to grand pabbie, Anna will remain firm until the "act of true love" reverses the spell. When Kristoff car Anna comes home, Hans can give her a real kiss of love. Hans and his men arrived at Elsa's palace, defeated marshmallows and occupied Elsa. Anna was sent to Hans, but Hans did not kiss her, but revealed that he had actually been planning to destroy two sisters to seize the throne of arendel. Hans locks Anna in a room and dies, then manipulates the VIPs to think Elsa killed her, but not before they get married. He ordered the queen to be executed, only to find that she had escaped detention.

Olaf rescued Anna, and then they braved the blizzard into the blizzard outside to meet Christopher. Hans faced Elsa outside, claiming to have killed Anna, causing Elsa to collapse and suddenly stop the storm. Anna found out that Hans was going to kill Elsa; she jumped over, froze, and stopped Hans. Elsa suffered a devastating embrace and mourning, her sister melted, and her heroism constituted "the act of true love.". Realizing that love is the key to magic control, Elsa ends the winter and gives Olaf his own snow to withstand the warm climate. Hans was arrested for attempted assassination and deported, while Duke's trade with Arendell was cut off. Anna gave Christophe a new sled and two kisses. When the sisters were reunited, Elsa promised not to lock the castle's gates.
